- Will You Ship To My Country?

o Our Policy: Empire currently only ships to the great USA and Canada. If you would like to place a large order and you are located outside of the USA or Canada, feel free to email us.

- I Paid For 2 Day Shipping And It Is Now The 3rd Day. WTF(What the freak)?

o Our Policy: Empire does offer quicker shipping options, but sometimes actual processing and handling times vary. We try to ship all orders within 24-48 hours, but this time may be extended due to inventory availability and working hours. Have questions about the status of your order? We're here to help. We promise. Email us at support@empireboardgames.com and we'll respond asap. Please bear in mind that we serve many customers so you will be responded to as fast as is logistically possible. We appreciate your patience.

- Can I Come To Your Store And Pick My Order Up?

o Our Policy: Empire does have a warehouse located in Clearfield, UT, but at this time we do not allow customer walk-ins. Period.

- Altering Orders

o Scenario: You place an order, but momentarily after, you decide you wanted to add an extra game to the order.

o Our Policy: You can request a change to an order, but keep in mind that we try to ship within 24-48 hours so we may ship your order before we see your email. If it has not shipped we will do all we can to accommodate your request.

- Refunding Due To A Price Decrease

o Scenario: You placed an order for “Game A” yesterday (or last week); and today you notice that, by strange coincidence, we have “Game A” featured at 50% off retail. You would like a refund because you paid X amount of dollars more yesterday.

o Our Policy: We can totally do that, if you didn’t buy “Game B” at 50% off yesterday already. Our GOTD (Game Of The Day) is just that, a game of the day and not a game of the week or weekend. If you prefer to cancel the entire order, or swap out the 50% off game from yesterday to the game of today that is totally fine, but we can’t go throwing in 50% off games for days and days. We hate to tell you this but we actually lose a few dollars on every game of the day sold. Yes those are “loss leaders” intended to get you to buy at the website and hopefully earn your business so we can earn back the loss in the future. Basically our policy is one GOTD per order per day.

- Backorder Policy

o 95% + of our items are in stock, there are about 5% that go out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances or misinformation from the manufacturer/distributor. If your order cannot ship completely within 7 days, Empire will contact you and ask if you want a refund of the item(s) in question and have us ship the rest of the order, or to have you give your OK to wait a few more days. Any item you are refunded will also earn you a $2.00 off coupon toward a future purchase for this. Please be aware that games sometimes go out of stock or the manufacturers misinform us as to the release dates or availability. Check other sites and see how often their “preorders” are pushed back a month or two to see just how bad this industry can be for meeting their release/restock dates.
